Thirty years of experience in software and Internet technology, focused on business model and product reinvention—with hands-on experience from start-up to scale.

Evite | CEO

Leads the #1 digital invitation service for bringing people together. Facing mobile, advertising, and competitive headwinds, I came aboard Evite to reinvent the product into an end-to-end mobile and desktop event platform, now serving all aspects of an event.

KodakGallery | President and CEO of Kodak Imaging Network

Drove a holistic, multi-year turnaround effort that touched every aspect of a global, $150+ million, 400+ person stand-alone subsidiary with over 75M+ members, ultimately culminating in a sale to Shutterfly. During this time, I also revamped eroding channels into social sharing channels, fully reinvented the product and platform, and introduced not only a mobile presence but also a #1 mobile app.

Intuit | Vice President Web Marketing and Web Commerce

Diversified retail-centric business model earning ~10% revenue from web into a new model earning ~45% revenue from web. Grew web channel to $1B+ (400%+) over four years.

iVillage | Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations

Drove revenue model shift for world’s #1 women’s community web-site from a predominantly advertising-driven company to one with diversified commerce, licensing, and partner revenue streams.

Microsoft | Multiple Marketing Executive Positions

Seven+ years of management experience overseeing key Internet marketing and business initiatives, such as freemium digital products and robust e-commerce. Held P&L ownership of early software-as-a-service business initiatives for Bill Gates and Executive Committee.

Evite Donations™

Companies with significant scale have an obligation to do social good. Under my leadership at Evite and in partnership with Pledgeling, we have fully integrated charitable giving into every event invitation, so guests can donate to a cause that matters in lieu of gifts. Evite Donations has raised over $15 million in charitable giving for nonprofits globally since its launch in 2015.

In life, clarity on what is truly important to you is foundational to reaching your utmost potential. Without a guiding beacon, you are carried by the winds of chaos that surround you—with key life decisions becoming arbitrary vs. purposeful. The expression of what is truly important should come down to a handful of simple things. For me, there are three.
